Infection Control Nurse
Responsibilities:
• Identify and monitor infections that may pose a health concern to patients, staff and the public and recommend actions to manage and prevent them.
• Effectively collaborate with all departments to plan and execute infection control actions.
• Implement the International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) to ensure patient safety.
• Identify and monitor specific infections, conduct targeted surveillance, and investigate outbreaks as directed by the Infection Control Committee.
• Make rounds of hospital units for monitoring of infection control practice and patient care issues.
• Educate departments and individuals on infection control practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
• BSc Nursing preferably with 2 years’ experience as Infection Control Nurse.
• Knowledge of Infection prevention, healthcare-associated infection and infectious diseases.
• Candidates having a diploma or training in Infection Control will be preferred.
Housekeeping Incharge
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all Private rooms, wards and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.

• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Minimum experience 4-5 years preferably in Health sector.
• Graduation/Intermediate
Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis
• Checking all Private rooms, wards and common areas for cleanliness.
• Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
Qualifications and Experience:
• Atleast 1 year work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks in Hospital Sector Hospital experienced candidate will be preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office
Patient Relations Officer (PRO)
Responsibilities:
• Receives and responds to patients’ compliments and complaints regarding hospital services and ensures that concerns are handled properly
• Conducts patient satisfaction surveys (for inpatients and outpatients) and issues accordingly analysis reports to manager for review and approval
• Handle requests for information regarding the complaints and disciplinary process.
• Coordinate with department heads to minimize the rate of complaints.
• Prepare and submit a comprehensive monthly report.
• Provide suggestions for improving the complaint resolution process and reducing complaint ratios.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree with preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
Resident Medical Officer (ICU)
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and managing patients in the ICU, including ventilator management and advanced life support procedures.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Conducting medical assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing appropriate treatments.
• Ensuring compliance with medical and healthcare standards, guidelines, and protocols.
• Participating in continuous medical education and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care medicine.
Qualifications and Experience:
• MBBS with Valid PMDC license and registration.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in critical care medicine, preferably in an ICU setting.
• Expertise in critical care procedures such as mechanical ventilation, central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, lumbar puncture etc.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and managing life-threatening conditions.
• Familiarity with ICU equipment and monitoring systems.
• Quick decision making and firm approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
